1 如何展現自信，又顯得有禮貌？
在面試時使用的英語內容，不能過度謙虛，也不可以過度自信，而是應該抱持信心，又能謙和有禮地回答問題。
重要建議
原則上不要用「will」這個字，而且要能善加利用「would」替代！
這是因為would 具有「如果⋯⋯的話⋯⋯」的意味，而will 就帶有「非如此不可」的涵義，會讓人聽了覺得說話的人過於自信。
有自信又有禮貌的表現法：
I believe ＋ I would ＋動詞原形 // I am sure ＋ I would ＋動詞原形
I believe I would bring a lot of success and profits to the company.
（我相信我將為貴公司帶來許多成功與利益。）
I am sure I would make up for any lack of experience with perseverance and hard work.
（我確信靠著勤奮與努力可以彌補經驗不足的缺憾。）
I believe my customer service experience in the hospitality industry would help me working as a
flight attendant.（我相信我在餐旅業所累積的客戶服務經驗，能夠有益於我從事空服員的工作。）
因過度謙虛而顯得缺乏自信的說法：
I have done only a little.
（我只做過一點點。）
I have contributed to the former company a little.
（我對之前的公司小有貢獻。）
I hope I will be able to do this job.
（我希望我能獲得這份工作。）
I will do the best I can.
（我會盡力而為。）
過度自信而顯得讓人生厭的表現法：
I can do anything.（我什麼都辦得到）
2 碰到狀況時該怎麼說？
萬一問題聽不清楚，或者無法理解問題內容的話，要反問面試官。下面幾句英語的難度不高， 可是在面試時往往一緊張就會腦袋一片空白，想不起來這幾句話。

3面試時，哪些辭彙應避免使用？
Yeah, Yep, You know, You guys 等俚俗的用詞會顯得失禮，應避免使用。
● 避免使用I wanna, I’m gonna 等省略型修辭。
● 不使用I guess，改用I’m afraid, I suppose。
例句：我認為他們對那件事情沒有選擇餘地。
I’m afraid they have no choice in the matter.
I suppose they have no choice in the matter.
I guess they have no choice in the matter.
● 要表示「當然」、「自然」等涵義時，不要用OK，要改用Certainly。
