綜合法新社和亞利桑那州新聞網站azcentral報導，拜登在台積電亞利桑那州廠說：「大夥們，美國製造業回來了。美國製造業回來了。」在場的還有許多高階政治盟友及企業領袖，包括蘋果執行長庫克（Tim Cook）、美光執行長梅羅特拉（Sanjay Mehrotra）等。
